 Avocado is a nutritious fruit that grows in different countries in the world.

             Some nutritional values 

Some healthy fats are found in this fruit that keep heart & it's functions in active & healthy mood..

It is heart friendly fruit, maintain cholesterol level,make arteries flexible..

Avocado is major source of different important vitamins like Vitamin C, E,K

These fine vitamins are very important for human body and it's related functions..

Avocado has some minerals in itself, 

As Magnesium & potassium etc..

These vitamins and minerals are very important for Good health...

Let's have look on vitamin C, E, K role,

 Vitamin C" produces white cells in body..

indeed it is very beneficial for skin.

Remove dark spots on face and gives beautiful and fresh look to face...

Vitamin C" is essential for the growth of hairs and it's health..

Maintain blood pressure, in fact this vitamin has numberous benefits for human Body..

    Best planting season for avocado .

Specific weather for planting & harvesting  depends on the region climate. Here's a General overview:

                   Planting Season

Avocado plants are cultivated in the spring season as around March or April, when the weather starts to warm up.

But in some regions it's planting season starts September, October 

4 months in a year,

March, April, September, October are best for planting....

Where it is planted in March , April there it's harvesting falls in September, October..

But as I already mentioned above it depends on region climate..

         Avocado farming in Pakistan

Now avocado farming in Pakistan is growing after exploring its potential and benefits.

Farmers & entrepreneurs are taking interesting for the farming of avocado 🥑 🥑  country's climate and soil condition is very suitable for the farming of avocado..

Pakistan northern area soil is very rich for the planting of avocado..

Many varieties of avocado are available in market. But must be discussed with  agriculture experts before the plantation of avocado 🥑.

 Any variety of avocado can be planted on the soil condition...

        Suitable climate for Avocado 

Avocado plants require normal hot, humid weather, Too much hot and frost weather is not suitable for this plant.. 

                      Soil condition 

Sandy soil & red soil are more suitable for the plantation of avocado..

               Irrigation for avocado 

Avocado plants need regular watering,

3 times in a week Upto one year this routine of watering will be implemented.

Government must support avocado farmers ..

Pakistani government should support avocado farmers for increasing foreign exchange earnings..

Government will have to support farmers & entrepreneurs for the promotion of avocado farming with some ways..👇

 Offer subsidies on avocado seeds & plants, fertilizers, and pesticides to encourage farmers ..

Engage agriculture department to provide training to farmers to learn about avocado farming, harvesting, and marketing.

 Establish trade agreements with countries that import avocados from Pakistan, such as Norway, Oman, Azerbaijan,UAE & Jordan..

Start research and development programs to improve avocado yields.

Such steps can help to increase exports and foreign exchange earnings for the stabilization of country economy......

It is pertinent to mention here

Here in Pakistan it's prince per Kg is 1500 to 3000..( fluctuation is expected)..
