Traditional leadership mostly depends on hierarchical structure of leadership that doesn't want to flourish the culture of collaboration, innovation & collective efforts within organization..

 Traditional leadership often emphasizes on  individual achievement over collective success, which creates the culture of competition rather than collaboration.

Traditional leadership culture can create several issues within an organization. 

Some are mentioning here,

        Communication Issues.

Feedback flows from Top management to gross level, Always that feedback does matter that travels from bottom to Top level..

Such feedback more effective and can play pivotal role for the betterment of any organization..

But here in the system of traditional leadership all is opposite,that is main hurdle in the way of organization growth..

Such monopoly system does not give value and respect to employees..

Traditional leadership doesn't want that organization adopt any innovation..such interference leads to the failure of any organization.

Such leadership becomes headache for employees & their career growth stuck..

Under such leadership employees can't share their ideas & suggestions due to the fear of criticism & retribution..

Resulting many employees consider moving to another organization to nurture their career ..
