uric acid is excessive poison based material that is found in the blood.uric acid in the body causes joint pain, swelling, and kidney stones.
I suggest some foods here that can control uric acid level....
Banana
Banana is riched in fiber, banana can helps to reduce uric acid level and alleviates symptoms of gout.
Apple
Apple is loaded with fiber and fiber reduces maximum level of Uric acid..
